We are looking for a driven and ambitious individual to support our current success in the high-tech energy and infrastructure market. You will work alongside our team on mission-critical data centre projects and play a crucial role in helping us identify and attract talent from across the globe. In this role you will
Support our expansion across multiple disciplines in the white-collar construction sector. Support RFPs and open roles across the EMEA region. Work closely with our operations team to identify talent that will be instrumental in Soben’s global expansion.
About you
2+ years of experience recruiting in the white-collar construction sector. Enthusiastic, self-driven, and possesses a can-do attitude. A full understanding of the complete recruitment cycle. Strong analytical abilities combined with excellent communication and teamwork skills. International exposure is a plus.
