Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at SO ENERGY

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping So Energy's workforce by identifying and attracting top talent across all areas of the business. This role is central to our mission of creating a sustainable, customer-centric, and tech-led organization. You will act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, fostering diverse recruitment practices, and ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience. Reporting to our Head of Talent (Jason Tunney) What you’ll be getting up to:

Strategic Recruitment: Collaborate with senior leaders to define hiring needs, forecast talent requirements, and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Lead on hiring for senior and complex roles, ensuring alignment with business goals. Sourcing and Talent Pipelining: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates, including the use of social media, networking, and talent pools. Build and nurture long-term relationships with passive candidates, establishing talent pipelines for future roles. Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand team needs, provide market insights, and influence hiring decisions. Act as a consultant to senior stakeholders, providing expertise on recruitment best practices, including diversity and inclusion strategies. Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring timely communication and a personalized approach. Advocate for employer brand initiatives to attract and retain top talent. Driving Talent’s Impact: Lead on key projects to enhance the strategic impact of Talent Acquisition across the business, such as workforce planning, talent market analysis, and initiatives to improve diversity and inclusion outcomes. Collaborate with senior leaders to align talent strategies with broader business objectives, ensuring Talent Acquisition is seen as a critical enabler of business success. Identify and implement process improvements to elevate the recruitment function's efficiency and value to the organization. Market Research and Insights: Conduct research on market trends, competitor hiring practices, and salary benchmarking to guide strategic decisions. Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, campaign performance, and time-to-hire. Mentorship and Team Collaboration: Support and mentor junior talent acquisition team members, fostering their professional growth. Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure alignment on workforce planning and employee engagement strategies This role will be a great fit if:

Stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Proven expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated commitment to fostering diverse and inclusive hiring practices. Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools, ATS systems (such as TeamTailor), and social media platforms for sourcing.
