Your Mission: As a Delivery Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our growth journey, driving revenue and exceeding targets through your expertise and dedication. Here's what you'll be up to: Be a proactive sourcer who is an expert at unearthing and seeking required talent for our clients. Partner with colleagues to support managed accounts, ensuring stellar service delivery to both existing and new customers. Foster and deepen relationships with clients, aiming to build lasting partnerships that drive mutual growth and success. Actively support your teammates with opportunities involving their key accounts and clients, contributing to a cohesive and successful team effort. Achieve billed revenue by adhering to the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring top-notch service to candidates and clients at every step. Aid recruitment consultants and business development managers by identifying and generating new business leads. Stay ahead of the curve by diving deep into your sector, keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, developments, and news. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding and supporting them in their journey to find their next role. What we’re looking for: A proven track record in sourcing and unearthing supreme talent across tech verticals. Experience working with SC/DV cleared roles or roles within the Government and Defence sector would be a bonus. Experience within either a delivery style role, recruitment consultant role, or talent acquisition role is essential. A passion for building lasting relationships with candidates.
