We have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Manager, working for a Main contractor on multi million developments in the north west. Projects in Preston, Manchester, Warrington, Cheshire and Liverpool.
Excellent career opportunity to work for an award winning Construction business. Understanding of public sector works, new build developments, large scale refurbishment, leisure, and student accommodation is essential.
Responsibilities:
Previous experience of working as a Commercial professional in the UK construction industry. Ability to oversee other junior Quantity Surveyors. Autonomous working - capability of working with like-minded individuals - managing the commercial department alongside the Commercial Director. Experience of various forms of construction contracts. Qualifications:
