Permanent Management Accountant role in East Leeds Progressive opportunity with study support About Our Client Michael Page are actively working with a long standing client who are searching for a Management Accountant to join their team in East Leeds on a permanent basis. My client is looking for an experienced part qualified management accountant/assistant management accountant that is looking to continue progressing, and gain further exposure to month end and year end management accounts. My client is an established business within their industry, and are well known for their investment in their employees, and company culture. Job Description Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Conducting detailed financial analysis to aid strategic decision-making Assisting in budget preparation and P/L statements Posting journals, accruals and prepayments. Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial operations Managing nominal/general ledger accounts Streamlining and improving financial processes and systems The Successful Applicant A successful Management Accountant should have: Part Qualified and working towards ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifications Experience in a similar Management Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant role Strong understanding of accounting regulations and standards Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive mindset and ability to work independently What's on Offer Generous salary range of £34,000 - £38,000 GBP per annum Fully office-based role Study Support for career progression Free parking facilities A supportive team-oriented culture that values continuous learning and development
