We are currently recruiting for an Administrator & Systems Support Assistant to join our team based in the London offices of a client in the financial services industry! The role of Administrator and Systems Support Assistant is to provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the facilities team across our client contract. The successful candidate will have duties that include diary management, assisting with the production of security passes whilst sticking to strict protocols, as well as assisting with queries on various systems including Condeco, Ricoh Spaces, and Click Travel. They will also regularly capture, collate, and track data from the systems. As the Administrator and Systems Support Assistant, you will build a strong working relationship with the firm's Head of Facilities Operations and their team, as well as other departments in the business, ensuring that you are a proud ambassador for Portico and our client during every interaction. This role is a new role for this client site and will evolve and change during mobilisation. Shifts:

40 hours per week, shifts between 7:30am – 6pm Salary:

£33,000 The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate clearly through all mediums and be able to engage with other people to build rapport. They will have immaculate personal presentation and an excellent customer-focused manner, as well as a keen eye for detail, an ability to manage change, and remain proactive. Minimum Requirements: It is essential for applicants to be proficient with Microsoft Excel and have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. What's in it for you?
