We are looking for a Receptionist and Admin Support to join the Frontier team, based at Market Drayton, on a permanent, full-time basis. However, we would consider part-time hours with flexibility for holiday cover. You will often be the first point of customer contact, ensuring that the customer (internal or external) is given an exemplary, industry-leading professional impression of Frontier Agriculture. As a Receptionist & Admin Support, your role will involve: Answering calls into the business and dealing with callers in a courteous and professional manner. Forwarding calls to the appropriate department, taking messages and forwarding in a timely manner. Being the first point of contact for visitors to the business, welcoming and greeting all visitors onto site, ensuring all health and safety/signing in and out procedures are adhered to. Processing invoices for payment. Reconciling the shop receipts and global pay spreadsheet daily. Cash handling and banking. Assisting with order inputting. Filing of invoices and delivery notes. Posting month end invoices to customers. Booking meeting rooms. Providing administrative support as required. Monitoring/processing emails, forwarding on to appropriate department/person. Adhoc administration duties to assist other members of staff where needed. Excellent telephone manner and ability to deal effectively with customers' enquiries. Proven organisational and administrative skills. Demonstrated problem-solving ability. Strong IT skills. Good written & verbal communication skills. Ability to manage various tasks and changing priorities at short notice. Focused on using skills, training and experience to the benefit of the customer. Working to put the customer at the heart of everything we do. Self-motivated and tenacious. An effective team player. Solution-focused.
