About the Role As a Solicitor in our team, you will: Manage a diverse caseload of litigated personal injury accident cases, ensuring timely progression and resolution. Maximise cost recovery while meeting or exceeding financial targets. Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and engaging in settlement negotiations. Supervise and mentor Legal Assistants and Trainees, contributing to their professional growth. Collaborate with your team to ensure compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement within the department. This role is essential to achieving our firm’s strategic goals and maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect. What We’re Looking For Qualified Solicitor: Current practising certificate in Scotland. Experience: Proven ability to manage litigated personal injury cases including EL, PL & OL, with a strong understanding of Scottish personal injury law. Skills: Exceptional negotiation, litigation, and organisational abilities. Leadership Potential: Ability to guide and support Legal Assistants and Trainees within your team.
