THE ROLE: An established law firm is seeking an experienced solicitor to bolster their property team, offering support to the Head of Department and assisting with the growth of the practice. You will handle a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties, Landlord & Tenant issues, and the purchase and sale of investment properties and asset business (freehold or leasehold).
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE, with strong technical expertise in commercial property law and a solid understanding of regulatory obligations. Strong attention to detail, excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential.
