Job Description Provide comprehensive legal advice to a wide range of banking clients. Draft, review, and negotiate banking documents and agreements. Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring all work is completed accurately and to deadline. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the legal department and wider firm. Stay up-to-date with legal developments in the banking sector. Contribute to business development activities, such as networking events and client seminars. Maintain high standards of professional conduct and adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Banking Solicitor' should have: 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in general banking Experience working closely with borrowers, lenders, and/or investors throughout the transaction life cycle Ideally experience to include; including leveraged finance, real estate finance, corporate lending, and asset-based lending. A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for the work are crucial. What's on Offer A competitive salary in the range of £55,000 to £65,000 per annum. An inclusive and supportive company culture.
