Role Overview: We are seeking a Quality Engineer with a strong background in industrial engineering to support our commitment to delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and AS9100 standards and demonstrate expertise in root cause analysis, audits, and problem-solving techniques such as 5 Whys. A background in Six Sigma and experience with PPAP would be a plus. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and AS9100 standards. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement. Use problem-solving methodologies, including 5 Whys and root cause analysis, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Support the creation and improvement of production processes, ensuring product quality at all stages. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and other quality-related activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and reduce non-conformance. Provide training and guidance to junior team members as necessary. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a Quality Engineer role, with hands-on experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and AS9100. 3-5 years experience within a similar role. Extensive audit experience, particularly within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Strong experience with root cause analysis and 5 Whys. Ideally, experience with PPAP and Six Sigma methodologies. Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams.
