Real Estate Solicitor
to join their growing team. The successful candidate will deal with a full varied caseload of
residential conveyancing
matters, including:- Advising clients on all aspects of residential property transactions and managing an active caseload of matters. To provide an excellent standard of Client Care and quality of service at all times. To proactively deliver accurate and up-to-date legal advice to clients that takes account of the commercial pressures on clients. Perform work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm's quality and risk procedures. To work as a team member. To meet profit cost targets and other agreed targets in areas such as the generation of new business. Keep up to date on all changes in the law and practice within the areas of work. To assist the firm in implementing its Business Plan. Role Requirements:- 2yrs+ PQE Extensive working knowledge of residential conveyancing. Previous exposure to leasehold enfranchisement desirable but not essential. Highly organised and able to prioritise work loads. Excellent communication skills. Good customer service skills.
