Reporting to the Executive Director, we are seeking a proactive Business Analyst who excels at analysing data and developing strategies, and is equally passionate about implementation and driving tangible improvements. Role Description As a Business Analyst - Implementation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving operational and strategic improvements across the business. This role goes beyond analysis—you will take a proactive approach to ensure the successful execution of initiatives. Your collaboration and liasion with department heads plus your ability to implement actionable solutions will be pivotal in optimising business performance. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred). - Proven experience in business analysis with a strong focus on implementation and operational improvements. - Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to completion. - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in analytical tools and software (e.g., Excel, BI tools, project management platforms).
