CRS are recruiting for a full time Electrical Project Manager and Assistant Electrical Project Manager.

My client specialises in commercial, industrial and high-end residential installations and offers a range of services including building, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance.

The Role:

Develop and implement electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Manage the preparation of project plans, risk assessments, and health and safety documentation. Develop and manage project budgets, including cost control and forecasting. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective project management. Plan and monitor project resources, including labour, materials, and equipment. Lead and mentor project teams. Identify and analyse any project issues and develop solutions to ensure project success. Organise and lead electrical projects from concept to completion. Develop project plans and ensure timely completion of jobs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Monitor progress and provide regular updates. Report project progress to senior management. Essential Criteria:

ECS 18th Edition Gold Card. Full UK Driving licence and own vehicle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with clients, suppliers, and colleagues. Strong background in Commercial/Industrial Electrical Installation and Electrical Control Systems. Ability to understand electrical specifications, schematics, drawings, block cable diagrams, BoQ's, BoM's, etc. Good understanding of electrical standards. Ability to complete Tender submissions and complete PQQ's to a high standard. High attention to detail and strong business acumen to understand project costs. Excellent IT Skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to self-manage & prioritise to meet deadlines. Positive attitude. Willing to develop and learn new skills with on and off the job training. Package:
