Edinburgh City Centre Looking to elevate your career and be a part of the Credit Control team for an award-winning, ambitious employer? You will have responsibility for managing and maintaining a portfolio of accounts, ensuring outstanding debts are collected in a timely manner. This opportunity requires a confident professional to work in cross-collaboration with different departments. Our client is ideally looking for a confident individual who has proven Credit Control experience and excellent experience in Microsoft Office, who is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to thrive within a high-profile role. Key Responsibilities:

Negotiating payment arrangements with clients Monitoring and reporting on overdue accounts to then escalate Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding outstanding debts as per credit control policy Phone and email clients to monitor responses through the system until the debt is resolved Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing Provide cover and support to colleagues Resolving any client queries promptly Experience:
