Your new company You will work for a thriving and expanding entertainment/events company, based in the heart of London.

Your new role This is a newly created, permanent Accounts Payable Assistant role, joining an existing finance team of five people. Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): Management of AP mailbox - responding to client queries Preparation of weekly payment schedule Loading payments on to the bank Matching bank transactions on QuickBooks Processing supplier invoices (circa 10-20 per day / up to 50 per day in busy periods) Coding invoices against PO's Supplier statement reconciliation Processing credit card receipts Processing employee expenses Supporting the Senior Accounts Payable Clerk Assisting with other adhoc duties related to AP as required

What you'll need to succeed

A minimum of six months recent, relevant experience working in a similar Accounts Payable (or Accounts Assistant) role, with a desire to further your experience in this field QuickBooks system (desirable) Familiarity using Excel Immediate availability / short notice period (highly desirable) You will enjoy working in a friendly and relaxed work environment, with the self-discipline to work hard and get the job done. You will be a confident and engaging individual who collaborates well in a team environment.

What you'll get in return

Flexible working options are available with a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 from home each week. Working hours are 9:30-6pm Monday to Friday 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Pension Event invitations (including complimentary and discounted tickets)
