This is an exciting opportunity to support the Leasehold Management Services of the Garden City Homes Team here at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group. The successful candidate will provide a high quality and comprehensive leasehold management service to all Leaseholders. This role will develop and deliver a communication and engagement plan to get more involvement from Leaseholders and to effectively deal with enquiries, queries and preparation of reports for arbitration, mediation and Leasehold Valuation Tribunals. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to: Dealing with requests for permissions and deeds of variation Investigation and resolution of Leasehold Boundary disputes Ensuring all lease conditions and covenants are complied with for both landlord and tenant, taking enforcement action where required To keep up to date on current leasehold and service charge legislation, guidance and best practice Applicants will possess relevant Housing / Leasehold related qualification or experience, experience of leasehold management, including Section 20 consultations and completion of the relevant paperwork together with knowledge of Right to Buy and relevant legislation. The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and within a wider team, provide excellent customer service and plan and prioritise their own workload. IT skills and use of MS Office packages are essential.
