We have a current opportunity for a Senior Planner in Derby on a contract basis. The position will be based in Middlesex. For further information about this position please apply.
The set up:
* ASAP Start
* Initial 6-month contract
* Outside IR35
* Hybrid - view to be more office based at the start transitioning to 3 days in office and 2 wfh
Responsibilities:
* Setting up Planning department in Derby delivering de-carbonisation projects on hospitals and other critical infrastructure.
* Establish and develop the planning department, including defining processes, tools, and best practices.
* Project Planning - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for de-carbonisation projects.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
* Track project progress, prepare status reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working on hospital fit outs/ de-carbonisation projects ideal
* Minimum 5 years Lead planning experience needed
* M&E experience
* Excellent P6 knowledge required
* Need to have proven experience extracting analytics
