Group Compliance Manager

In this role, you will ensure that we meet all regulatory requirements from bodies such as the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), as well as ensuring our continued adherence to Consumer Duty. You will play a vital role in collaborating with key stakeholders, trade bodies like The Motor Ombudsman, and our manufacturer partners to maintain compliance across the business. Key Responsibilities will include: Maintain and update Group compliance policies and procedure manuals. Keep senior management informed of any regulatory updates and compliance status. Manage responses to Subject Access Requests and handle data subjects’ inquiries. Address FCA-regulated complaints and liaise with our Principal compliance partner. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on Consumer Duty, risk assessments, and audits. Requirements: Strong experience in regulatory compliance, ideally within a corporate environment. Desirable: Knowledge of industry regulations and frameworks. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the business. Strong attention to detail, with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing compliance. Why join JCT600 and what is in it for you?
