Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily management of site projects and teams Creating and implementing risk assessments and safe systems of work Preparing detailed method statements for projects Managing Supervisors and Operatives across multiple projects Delivering projects on schedule and within budget Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and clients Supporting the Divisional Manager with strategic and operational tasks

Requirements:

Ideally a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Contracts Manager Hold a valid SSSTS and/or SMSTS certification (one is essential) A full UK driving license and willingness to travel to the office and on site A CCDO card and Asbestos Managers Certificate are desirable but not essential Experience in successfully managing projects Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams effectively Resilient and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards on-site
