Enhance process efficiency by reducing lead times and optimising FTE allocation to tasks. Identify opportunities for improvement, create and define new processes, and produce detailed process maps. Support investment cases for new initiatives and projects to improve the customer journey and industry performance, balancing risk and cost considerations. Analyse large datasets and summarise findings into clear, actionable conclusions. Review manual processes and reengineer them into scalable, automated, or standardised solutions through process improvement techniques. Secure buy-in and engagement for performance improvement initiatives from senior leaders, customers, and regulators.
