Procurement Manager

to join our infrastructure team in Peterborough where the partnership's mission is to improve and expand the Anglian Water network to ensure an efficient water supply for all their customers. What you'll do: Ensure responsible procurement practices comply with Anglian Water regulations. Capture and record benefits within the team. Monitor performance scorecards and manage supplier risk across all programme areas. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, negotiate critical goods and services, and support tenders. Oversee category strategies within construction services, materials, and equipment. Support ERP system implementation and provide regular reporting for the Head of Procurement. Compliance management across our supply chain and adhere to our SHEQ processes. Ensure all orders comply with the framework agreement, competitively tender non-framework engagements for best value, and manage commercial disputes within project teams. Develop and lead a team of procurement professionals. What you'll bring to the role: Knowledge of NEC contracting. An understanding of team management and collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups. An understanding of working in a commercial environment. Knowledge of Supplier development in team leading.
