This award-winning company is a market-leading Plumbing/Heating supplier working with various maintenance firms and contractors nationwide. Due to ongoing growth, they have a newly created role for a Purchasing Manager at their HQ in South Bristol.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all product categories, including leading brands and their own in-house range. You'll assist HQ in growing margins and profits, preparing and executing stock plans, as well as managing a small purchasing team.

This is a fantastic chance to be the key player in all Purchasing activities, working for a successful and well-established business in a phase of rapid expansion with training and progression incentives on offer.

THE ROLE:

Manage all product categories Oversee a small team handling inbound multi-million-pound purchases Highly Autonomous with opportunities to make your mark on the business

THE PERSON: Previous experience in a Buying or Purchasing role Managing/Team Leading experience Background in Plumbing/Heating, Wholesale, Merchant, Engineering/Industrial sectors Experience in developing commercial plans and managing stock Technically minded with a strong desire to learn and develop
