You will support the Client Services Director and the wider team, to help deliver exceptional results for a diverse range of clients. From managing merchandise, print, and social assets to supporting larger creative and digital projects, your role will be pivotal in ensuring every project not only meets but exceeds client expectations.

Please note - This role is onsite in High Wycombe, 5 days a week - 9am - 5:30pm (early finish Friday)

Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Attend client meetings, calls, briefs, presentations, and events, confidently representing the company. Build and maintain strong client relationships with a friendly and professional approach.

Project Support: Manage smaller projects, including merchandise, print, and social assets, and assist with larger campaigns from creative briefs to execution. Brief the content, creative, and digital teams with clarity and precision. Keep clients updated throughout project lifecycles.

Internal Collaboration: Help the team prepare brief responses and campaign strategies that deliver on client objectives. Share best practices across accounts to foster growth and success. Leverage project management tools to track timelines, tasks, and your time effectively.

Logistics and Costing: Source supplier costs and assist in preparing estimates with the Client Services Director. Ensure all projects align with budgets while maintaining profitability.

Exceptional organisational and time management abilities. A proactive, problem-solving mindset. Confidence to present ideas and develop negotiation skills. A keen interest in marketing, ready to grow with the role. Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint. At least 1 year of experience working in an agency or marketing department.
