Manage a portfolio of approx. 150 properties Carry out periodic property inspections Ensure the entire managed portfolio is fully compliant (GSIs/EICRs/EPCs/PAT Testing/Legionella Tests) Obtain quotes from contractors and arrange maintenance works Approve all works with landlords Serve Section 21 notices Deal with deposit returns Book check-outs and arrange end of tenancy cleans Keep on top of all maintenance jobs Respond to emails promptly The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. Excellent communication skills with strong literacy skills Intermediate computer literacy Experience with property management software packages Professional accreditation would be a strong advantage. Ability to manage their own workload and prioritize jobs as necessary Full valid driving licence is essential Salary Range:
