Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Policy Management Team Leader to join their team based in Liverpool City Centre. The role is working for an award-winning company who are the largest provider of their service in the UK, they are recognised as a five-star provider by their community and are rated as excellent on Trustpilot. They also highly value their employee’s wellbeing and offer great benefits and stability. Working Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.00pm with a salary of £29,030. Your first 6 months will be office based in Liverpool City Centre while you complete full training. After successful completion of your probation period, there may be the opportunity for hybrid working. Please note: to be considered for this role you must be able to successfully pass a DBS check. About the role:

Develop and support a team of seven, monitoring progress and performance Promote a positive team environment, by regular communication, setting of goals and delegation of tasks, encouraging constructive feedback Manage daily activities to ensure the team deliver first class service Identify areas that require support, provide training and coaching Conduct team reviews and one-to-ones Support and motivate the team through periods of change Carry out quality control within the team - complete records and provide feedback on a one-to-one basis or via Senior Team Leader Attend Team Leader meetings and keep the Senior Team Leader and Head of Customer Operations updated as to progress or outstanding issues Be flexible, by working alongside and supporting the Senior Corporate Account Team Leader Fulfil any additional duties assigned by the Senior Corporate Account Team Leader to meet the needs of the team and the business Process direct debit and payroll deduction application forms Import new policies, process amendments to existing corporate schemes and process leaver files electronically, via in-house systems in a timely manner Process bulk and individual force migrations following confirmation of group renewals, and change Issue and process payroll deduction forms, direct debit application forms and process downgrades following tasks received from the Finance Team Liaise with Brokers and/or company contacts to resolve queries, attending meetings where necessary and providing reports and spreadsheets as requested Provide technical support to Policy Admin function on Portal queries, acting as a technical reference point To be considered for this role you will:

Experience within a customer service team leader role or similar Be experienced in conducting staff reviews, one-to-ones and managing absence including sickness Be able to demonstrate achievement of SLAs Have proven ability to motivate and enhance the performance of a team Build quality relationships with external and internal customers Ability of managing a team through change is also beneficial Working knowledge within the financial sector is desirable but not essential Your past job title may have been:
