We have a current requirement for an Operations Analyst to join our Continuous Improvement department on a permanent basis, the role will be based in Glasgow on a hybrid working capacity. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Continuous Improvement Roadmap, and of certain projects within it, working alongside colleagues with technical expertise in our industry. Main duties and responsibilities Project delivery:

help progress projects to timely successful completion, by cleansing data, data entry, performing administrative tasks, and other relevant activities. Project support:

help with project coordination and communication, by preparing and updating reports, maintaining project tools, and monitoring actions. Business process support:

help embed new business processes within the company, through maintaining process maps, updating process documentation, and performing day-to-day administrative duties. Administrative support:

help coordinate Continuous Improvement activities more generally, by completing and distributing minutes, scheduling meetings, running reports, and maintaining information on our business systems and logs. To be considered for this position, you will have at least 1-2 years previous experience within a similar level role, ideally within an engineering or construction environment. You will be degree qualified, have experience in process mapping, and a full UK driving licence is essential for the position as travel will be required to various sites.
