WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP 48 HOURS (4 NIGHTS) ECCLESTON COURT NURING HOME Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care. This role requires a thorough understanding of anatomy and the ability to respond effectively to patient needs. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting significant findings to the medical team. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventative care. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance nursing skills. Qualifications Valid nursing registration with the appropriate regulatory body. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanour. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting. A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with best practices in nursing care.
