Night Shifts About Us: St Mary's Continuing Care is a well-established nursing home providing high-quality care for elderly residents, including those with complex nursing needs. Role & Responsibilities: Deliver high standards of nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans. Administer medication and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents' health and respond effectively to any changes in their condition. Support and mentor healthcare assistants to ensure best practices in patient care. Maintain accurate care records and ensure compliance with CQC standards. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Requirements: Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN. Previous experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting is desirable. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently on night shifts. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
