The Role
As Head of Geography, you will: Lead and develop a successful Geography department. Inspire and support students to achieve their full potential in Geography. Drive innovation in the curriculum and teaching strategies. Mentor and manage a team of talented Geography teachers. Promote Geography as a key subject across the school.

A qualified Geography teacher with a proven track record of success. Experience in middle leadership or a readiness to step into a leadership role.
