Travel Coordinator

for an initial

6 Month Contract

based in one of the following offices -

Belfast, Glasgow, Edinburgh, London, Leeds, York, Nottingham, Bristol, or Cardiff. This will be a hybrid working model! The Role As Travel Coordinator, you will focus on supporting travellers and other travel bookers by providing a comprehensive travel booking service to the nominated part of the business (UKIMEA regional level and cross regional as required). The function has an open, collaborative partnering approach with stakeholders, which is of vital importance to the success of our projects. We focus on influencing not mandating, guiding not directing. Pragmatism and excellent communication skills alongside your proven technical skills, will allow you to represent the function and firm's values at all times. There will be opportunities within the procurement team to get involved in a wide range of support activities and initiatives outside your core areas of responsibility. The main responsibilities of the role are to undertake: Receiving travel booking requests from travellers, PAs and other members of the groups/projects that you will serve. Searching for travel options to meet the requirements of such request, using a range of online booking tools and liaising with our travel agency. Finalising such requests and completing the travel bookings as requested. Assisting travellers with any travel related enquiry, working with the Travel Manager and other internal/external contacts and service providers. Maintaining an awareness of the firm's travel guidelines and protocol and advising accordingly. Referring upwards for assistance as required.
