As a Co-production Manager you will be joining Cygnet on a full time, 40hr per week basis working Monday - Friday. The Co-production Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing Co-production within the organisation with a focus on project management and governance from an operational perspective. You will be responsible for analysing and capturing themes and trends from expert by experience reports and people’s council meetings as well as project managing and supporting various Co-production initiatives and programmes across the organisation. This role includes line managing the Co-production Administrator, Co-production coordinator and working closely alongside the Recovery education lead and Authentic Peer Support Lead. Responsibilities:

Analyse and capture themes and trends from expert by experience reports and people’s council meetings. Ensure experts by experience are well-equipped with the necessary information and support for various meetings at both local and strategic levels. Support the objectives outlined in the organisation’s Co-production Strategy. Oversee the Recovery Education programme within the organisation. Project manage various co-production initiatives, such as Social Hubs, Music 2 Empower, and Co-sustain, alongside the Expert by Experience Lead. Minimum 2 years in a leadership position Good numerical and word processing skills in particular Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
