The Role An established Facilities Management provider is looking for an experienced CAFM Manager to lead the development, optimization, and ongoing management of its CAFM system. This role is key to enhancing digital efficiency, automating workflows, and ensuring seamless FM operations across multiple contracts. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the CAFM system, ensuring alignment with contractual and operational requirements. Develop automated workflows to streamline processes and improve data accuracy. Oversee system reporting and analytics. Act as the CAFM subject matter expert, training and supporting operational teams. Drive system integration, ensuring compatibility with financial and compliance platforms. Requirements Strong FM background, ideally with experience managing CAFM systems within a PFI environment. Proven ability to develop and optimize digital workflows, reducing manual processes. Expertise in performance monitoring, data analysis, and reporting tools. Experience implementing new system functionalities and integrations. Apply by CV
