Key Responsibilities Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the air cargo sector, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Customer Management:

Meet with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional service and satisfaction. Strategic Planning:

Contribute to the development and execution of commercial strategies to grow market share and profitability. Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Provide insights to inform business strategies. Revenue Generation:

Develop and manage pricing structures, negotiate contracts, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery of services and address customer requirements. Problem-Solving & Innovation:

Think creatively to solve customer challenges, improve processes, and introduce innovative solutions. Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyse sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform future strategies. Learning & Development:

Graduate with strong analytical and business acumen. Experience:

Some experience in a commercial or sales-related role within aviation, logistics, or a similar sector would be desired. However, candidates with a strong aptitude for learning and development will also be considered. Analytical Skills:

Ability to conduct market analysis, identify trends, and translate data into actionable business strategies. People Skills:
