Personal Assistant

, you will: Manage the Executive Office, ensuring smooth operations and support for the MD and Business Executive team. Coordinate senior leadership meetings, producing agendas, briefing materials, and ensuring timely follow-ups on actions. Serve as a key representative for the MD, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and influencing decisions on behalf of the business. Produce high-quality reports, briefings, and project proposals on sensitive and confidential matters. Oversee administrative support functions, including managing the Business Support Officer. Drive governance processes, monitor recommendations, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels. Outstanding organisational abilities, with a proven track record of managing competing priorities and achieving deadlines. Technical proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, and a strong understanding of the intranet and social media. Experience in business administration (minimum of three years) and managing a team. A Diploma in Management or equivalent qualification, along with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Why Apply?
