We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Marketing Communications Executive in Severn Beach, Bristol. In this vital role, you will play a key part in driving impactful marketing communications initiatives for Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing our global marketing programs, actively collaborating with our international marketing teams to generate high-quality leads and effectively promote our brand and solutions. By partnering closely with the Head of Marketing, the Marcoms team, and our Technical Marketing team, you will enhance the customer journey across various touchpoints, improve customer experiences, and significantly contribute to lead generation and a positive brand image. This is your chance to make a real difference!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the presence on all social media platforms, maintaining a regular social media schedule, in particular LinkedIn. Identify external webinar opportunities and manage the organisation, promotion, live event, lead follow up and reporting. Updating Plasma Technology's website to align with our strategy, generate leads, and present our brand in the optimal way to achieve our strategic goals. Liaise with suppliers to reorder and keep stock of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers and promotional items. Take an active lead in CRM system management. Be a brand ambassador, ensuring guidelines are adhered to and used consistently.

Additional Responsibilities:

Support the Graphic Designer on identifying sales enablement tools that need updating, to ensure compliance with the latest brand guidelines. Scriptwriting, editing and working with external videographer to produce promotional videos (or in house if you have this skillset). Collaboratively produce customer case studies and other promotional collateral. Commit to continuing personal development and developing your understanding of the Plasma Technology customer base and products, actively and creatively suggesting new event features and lead generation activities.

Education / Qualifications:

Graduate with significant experience working in marcomms. Marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent).

Professional Skills/ Abilities:

Strong experience in marketing channels including social media, content marketing, and webinars. Good knowledge of content creation, email, and social media channels. CRM system experience. Skill in MS office, especially Power Point. Website CMS experience. Video editing skills would be advantageous but not essential. Attention to detail and proofing skill.

Personal Qualities:

Excellent administration and organisation skills. Proactive, innovative and creative outlook. Analytical and inquisitive. Customer focussed, passionate and committed. A good team-worker. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to pick up and work with technical subject matter.
