We are looking for a Learning Designer to lead the redesign of our current learning programmes against the framework and design, deliver and curate new interventions that positively impact performance. As part of the Talent team, this role will help ensure everyone in the business gets the learning they need, when they need it. Working with some of the brightest minds in the industry, it will bring a unique perspective to how we design and deliver learning and development initiatives and will be seen as an L&D expert across the business. Key parts of the role include: Conducting robust Learning Needs Analysis to provide clarity on the intended outcome of all learning interventions Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design learning interventions Building industry-leading, innovative and flexible learning pathways Designing soft skills training that focuses on positively affecting performance at the point of need Producing simple multimedia learning solutions that reach learners wherever and whenever they need it Evaluation and continuous improvement of learning interventions Collaborating with external learning professionals to design blended, in-house learning interventions You’ll report to our Talent Design Lead, and help them to shape our talent pathways. YOUR EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: You’ll be a high calibre individual, with exceptional levels of personal drive and eagerness for personal development. You will ideally have demonstrable experience of designing career pathways and learning interventions in a professional services environment, or have a strong understanding of competency frameworks and career pathways within a consulting firm, but this is not essential. The skills or experience we would expect you to evidence include: Experience in designing and delivering creative and sustainable learning A track record in improving performance through high-quality learning interventions Proven ability to build learning pathways and curricula A curious nature coupled with creative problem-solving skills A strong attention to detail Sound time management skills and the ability to prioritise and navigate busy workloads Able to work independently but also collaborate broadly across the business Natural stakeholder management skills, both with SMEs and learners HOW DO WE DEVELOP AND REWARD YOU?
