The Opportunity As a Fleet Support Executive at Polestar UK, you will be responsible for facilitating a seamless enquiry to order to delivery process for the best fleet customers in the business. Our Direct Sales business model means that Polestar UK is the manufacturer, dealer and delivery agent all in one, making this role more expansive and diverse than any other in the industry. The Responsibilities Enquiry Management

Respond to all enquiries in a timely and efficient manner. If unable to action directly, then using your knowledge of the business to forward on for action. Managing customer and sales cases within our CRM system (Salesforce). Using other third party tools for enquiries and quoting such as Leaselink, fleet procure. Order Management

Processing orders received through LeaseLink and our Fleet order admin tool (FOAT). Managing in-life order amendments. Stock prioritisation and allocation. Liaison with Planning, Order and Delivery Team to facilitate deliveries. Post-handover and invoice queries. Collaboration with Customer Support Team to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues. The Ideal Candidate In order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need to have: Tenacity, flexibility, curiosity, the ability to take the initiative, meet deadlines and requirements, and to abandon ideas when they're not feasible. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and thrive in a collaborative working environment. You will also have strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation. In addition to the above, you will also need the following: Experience within the automotive industry is desired but not necessary. A valid driver’s license. Working knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous. Excellent knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint. The process If the above matches your ambitions, be sure to apply.
