Processing orders received through LeaseLink and our Fleet order admin tool (FOAT). Managing in-life order amendments. Stock prioritisation and allocation. Liaison with Planning, Order and Delivery Team to facilitate deliveries. Post-handover and invoice queries. Collaboration with Customer Support Team to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues.
