Care Assistant

to join our team in a

nursing home setting

in

Sleaford, NG34 . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for

elderly care

to make a real difference in residents' lives while working in a friendly and supportive environment. If you have experience in

care homes, nursing homes, or healthcare settings

and enjoy providing

high-quality person-centred care , we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Assist residents with

daily living activities , including personal care, dressing, and mobility support. Provide

emotional and social support , ensuring residents feel comfortable and valued. Help with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as required. Support residents with

medication rounds

under the supervision of senior staff. Work alongside

nurses and senior carers

to deliver high-quality care. Maintain accurate

care records

and report any concerns to the management team. Ensure a

clean, safe, and comfortable

environment for all residents. Promote

independence and dignity , respecting individual preferences and choices. Requirements Previous experience

as a

Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant

(nursing home experience preferred). NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care

(or willingness to work towards it). Understanding of

safeguarding, dignity, and person-centred care . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A compassionate and patient approach. Right to work in the UK
