Europe , you will manage the strategy, planning and execution of Healthcare Professionals’ (HCPs) course trainings, product trainings, workshops, etc. – in partnership with stakeholders such as our Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams.

Some of your main responsibilities will involve curriculum development and event management: supporting in-person and online learning. You will educate and demonstrate the clinical benefits of our product portfolio to physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals. enables healthcare professionals to distinguish anatomy across minimally invasive procedures: allowing surgeons to see what the human eye cannot and providing a simple, yet personalized experience.

What you will do:

In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product and clinical trainings to learn about our portfolio and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Understand the market positioning and competitive landscape. Responsible for the development of our annual medical education strategy in alignment with customer needs and business goals. Curriculum/program development and creation/delivery of educational content – utilizing HCP input. You’ll demonstrate technical expertise to facilitate HCP medical education programs. Articulate desired communications outcomes consistent with the medical education strategy. Drive collaboration with broader Medical Education, Marketing, Events, Finance and other stakeholders. Lead the project management of medical education programs and manage internal/external resources that support an overarching strategic direction. Stay informed about industry trends, clinical advancements and develop a network of key opinion leaders (KOL) to drive excellence in the Medical Education offering. Organize and deliver classroom/virtual courses, workshops, events, etc. Understand the different communication channel strategies and associated impacts. Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through voice of customer (VOC), metrics, surveys, etc. to enable potential improvements. Monitor budget and identify opportunities to decrease costs by evaluating current program, processes, etc. Travel percentage: 40%. What you need:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree is required. 6+ years of work experience is required. Ability to accurately and effectively manage projects to ensure timely outcomes. Excellent interpersonal communications, persuasion and presentation skills – with fluency in spoken and written English. Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and to also establish relationships/work in collaboration with others. Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies. Impeccable work ethics & integrity in managing confidential information. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Preferred:

3+ years of experience in fields such as Education/Training, Marketing/Sales, Project Management or Events Management within industries such as MedTech, BioTech, Pharmaceuticals or related is highly preferred. MBA is preferred. What we offer:
