Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure hardware and software components to ensure usability.
Maintain and administer our server infrastructure, including virtual servers and cloud-based solutions.
Maintain data backup, recovery, and network security measures.
Provide remote and on-site technical support to our field technicians, including troubleshooting of installation software and data collection devices.
Organise and schedule upgrades and regular maintenance tasks.
Follow cybersecurity best practices to protect company data and systems from threats.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all IT systems and procedures.
