Our client, a growing Training Provider, is looking to recruit an experienced IQA to ensure the quality provision of the Health & Social Care contract. You will be responsible for the internal quality assurance process in accordance with award body and other regulatory bodies' standards. The Role: Development and management of the internal verification strategy Ensuring compliance and best practice in line with award bodies Accountable for managing and maintaining all IQA processes Internal verification of learner files ensuring standards achieved Identification and management of referral actions Providing advice, support and guidance to employees on industry and qualification standards and changes MI and exception reporting Timely completion of all IQA documentation and processes Conducting audits, observations and in-situ sampling, identifying improvements and ensuring best practice Management of sampling strategies and internal verification schedule 1-2-1 support sessions with employees to drive improvements and best practice Responsible for supporting in the preparation and management of SV and audit visits Management of the sampling plans and ensuring timely submission of files for verification Identifying risk and appropriate corrective action Work closely with the team and other departments to ensure communication of the internal verification process is effective The Person: Occupational competency in health & social care along with management experience CAVA qualification or equivalent TAQA qualification or equivalent Work Based Learning experience Experience of working with awarding bodies and standards Full Driving Licence and own vehicle Strong IT literacy Knowledge of framework requirements Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Understanding of the training industry and Qualifications Self-motivated and flexible Good team worker with an ability to work independently The company offers an excellent working environment, competitive salary, and good benefits.
