Quality Technician Customer Liaison

to join our team in Minworth/Birmingham. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Liaison is responsible for interacting directly with our Customer representatives on a daily basis. This includes problem solving and defect analysis at the Customer site and ensuring efficient replacement procedures are set up and followed. How you will contribute

Interact directly with Customer representatives. Notify Quality Techs of any issues that arise at the Customer. Assist Customer and/or Quality Techs Systems in root cause analysis and containment issues. Maintain daily log of activities and report back to Quality Techs. Review and ensure replacement of all material returned from Customer. Conduct and document audits. Initiate and actively participate in problem solving. Follow all Safety Rules, Plant Standards & Quality Techs Systems' policies and procedures. Other projects and duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements

Previous experience within an established Quality System. Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools. Superb computer skills, including database management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management. Professional certification, such as Six Sigma.
