Technical Assistant
Employment type: Full time, 35 hours per week
Overview of company:
We are a small company specialising in the manufacture and supply of electronics in the fields of access control, automatic doors, gate & roller door automation.
Benefits:
Temp to Perm role
9am - 5pm
Monday to Friday
No weekends
Roles will include:
Assembly of some products including soldering.
Learning about our product lines.
Providing technical support over email and phone to customers.
Advising customers on which products are best suited to their needs.
Operation of our flat bed printer and cutter.
Modifying and creating basic designs in graphics software.
Characteristics:
A base level knowledge in electronics and/or one of the industries listed above.
Good computer skills.
A can-do attitude.
Ability to take on & retain knowledge quickly.
Good communication & customer service skills.
