Kingsley Healthcare presents Park View, a luxury care home overlooking Prince’s Park in Liverpool. Located on a peaceful, tree-lined road near Sefton Park, it offers a tranquil and welcoming environment.

Park View provides 24-hour nursing, dementia, and residential care for up to 56 residents, delivering exceptional personalised care for both long and short-term stays.

We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead this prestigious new build. Due to personal circumstances, our appointed manager cannot continue, creating an opportunity for a dedicated leader to take charge.

As Care Home Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and full occupancy. CQC registration and knowledge of relevant legislation are required.

You’ll have full support from our Operations and Central teams, alongside an in-house Deputy Manager, Administrator, Hospitality, and Housekeeping teams to help maintain smooth operations and excellence in care. Reports to:

Operations Manager Key duties and responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the home’s staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy. • Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals committed to delivering person-centred care. • Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support. • Manage the home’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed. • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the home’s services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders. • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns. • Oversee all records to ensure the home’s administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. • Continuously monitor and evaluate the home’s performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. • Manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and staff. Skills and attributes

Previous experience managing a nursing / residential home. A strong working knowledge of CQC standards with a proven record of working towards achieving Outstanding ratings. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external professionals, families, and visitors. A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful care home. Enthusiasm and passion for developing high levels of person-centred care. Ability to actively participate in the growth and development of the care service. Education and qualification

Preferably NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience (desirable but not essential).
