We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistant to support teachers and students. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering high-quality educational experiences, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and fostering the academic and social development. Key Responsibilities: Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of students. Support individual students or small groups to enhance their learning experience. Help create and maintain a safe, organised, and stimulating classroom environment. Supervise students during classroom activities, playground time, and field trips. Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources. Provide support for students with special educational needs and help implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the classroom teacher. Encourage positive behavior and promote the school’s values and ethos. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members. Perform administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in education or a related field preferred. Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children. Basic understanding of child development and educational practices. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
