Food and Beverage Supervisor

Deliver outstanding customer service, creating a positive guest experience. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Manage stock levels, order supplies, and monitor budgets to minimize waste. Assist with event planning and execution, ensuring seamless service delivery. Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. What You Bring: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a food and beverage or hospitality setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving. Knowledge of food safety and health regulations (training provided). Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends (Monday-Sunday, 5 out of 7 days).
