Industrial Operations is where we add value to our modern luxury ethos. Whether in Procurement, sourcing vital products and services, or Supply Chain, managing Logistics Operations and Fulfilment, you will ensure seamless operations for our iconic vehicles across our global footprint while prioritising sustainable initiatives. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll be part of how we drive efficiencies and implement industry-leading practices. Help us create the exceptional. WHAT TO EXPECT: PLM (Programme Lifecycle Management) is a new system being brought in by JLR and Dassault Systems to replace some of the legacy systems in JLR. This exciting programme will enable JLR to manage product development processes from ideation to retirement, with a focus on collaboration, data management, and automation of processes, thus enabling modern luxury through an innovative, clean core, end to end integration and process simplification. As a PLM Training Lead, you will be accountable for managing the change and deploying the PLM programme content across JLR's global footprint. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Help create comprehensive Quick Reference guides to aid classroom sessions for both on system and off system activities. Help create online material, such as masterclass videos, for learners to access after training and to assist new starters. Deliver training sessions for the required deliverables with 3DX. Evaluate employee performance during training and report to line managers and key stakeholders to identify coaching requirements. Help prepare learning materials for training programs. Qualifications: Excellent presentation and communication skills. Experience in learning data analysis, metrics, and reporting. Excellent behaviours to allow interaction at all organisation levels from shop floor to Director. Experience of working with business partners, internally and externally. Familiarity with PLM Systems (Product Life Cycle Management). Creating Modern Luxury requires a modern approach to work. At JLR, hybrid working is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement providing employees more choice and flexibility around how, when, and where they work. Some roles require more on-site work, but details of this can be discussed with the hiring manager during the interview stage.
