Help create comprehensive Quick Reference guides to aid classroom sessions for both on system and off system activities. Help create online material, such as masterclass videos, for learners to access after training and to assist new starters. Deliver training sessions for the required deliverables with 3DX. Evaluate employee performance during training and report to line managers and key stakeholders to identify coaching requirements. Help prepare learning materials for training programs. Qualifications: Excellent presentation and communication skills. Experience in learning data analysis, metrics, and reporting. Excellent behaviours to allow interaction at all organisation levels from shop floor to Director. Experience of working with business partners, internally and externally. Familiarity with PLM Systems (Product Life Cycle Management). Creating Modern Luxury requires a modern approach to work.
