Senior Media Manager Walsall Hybrid- 2 days office based p/w 60,000 + 5,500 car allowance & 10% bonus Gleeson Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Senior Media Manager to join an innovative Marketing Team based in Walsall. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking and expertise in multi-channel, insight-driven marketing. You'll have a strong commercial acumen, delivering campaigns to meet ROI targets, alongside exceptional skills in planning, stakeholder management, and communication. The role sits within a dynamic team focused on growing brand awareness and driving customer acquisition through various media channels, including PPC, SEO, Paid Social, VoD, Affiliates, and more. Key Responsibilities: Lead and optimise all media channels to achieve KPIs and drive brand growth. Manage agency partnerships and internal teams for seamless execution of paid media activities. Innovate and test strategies to maximise efficiency across all channels. Work closely with finance and planning teams to manage budgets and deliver accurate forecasts. Continuously improve campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Essential Requirements: Proven experience managing the full media mix for consumer-focused brands. Expert knowledge in search engine marketing and large-scale search programmes. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and optimise campaigns.
