Customer Team Leader

Location: Colwyn Avenue, Rhos on Sea, LL28 4RA Pay: £13.32 per hour Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), late evenings (until 11pm) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Role will also include working in our in-store bakery. Full, paid training provided. You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales. We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, working in our in-store bakery and managing the store. Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture. Ensure that the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational. Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to enhance customer experience. Support your store manager by deputising when they’re not working. Lead the introduction of new products and services. Build relationships and get involved in your local community.
